We know how frustrating it can be to experience problems with your home pc and we're here to help! Is your computer slow? Does it take forever to load? Do your games lag? These are just some common computer problems many people just 'put up with' but you don't have to. Your computer may need a simple cleaning, have you ever looked at the dust accumulated on your computers fan? Perhaps you need just a bit more memory to increase your computers performance speed. Give us a call and for a flat fee we'll come to your house, within our service area or extended service area, and take a look for a reasonable rate. You'll always get an honest quote, if you have ample memory and all other critical operating units are working well but you've collected a years worth of dust causing your system to lag then you owe us nothing because the cleaning is included in the in-home service fee! However, if your computer is in need of more memory, a bigger hard drive, perhaps there's a video card conflict or some other problem, we'll tell you about that, quote you a price to fix it and leave the decision up to you.
MAINTENANCE
We also offer maintenance contracts for you 'non-do-it-yourselfers'. This can include, but isn't limited to, general cleaning and dust removal, virus scanning with in depth cookie removal, do you know how many cookies, Trojans, spy ware, etc are placed on your computer as you surf the net? We'll be happy to work with you to come up with a contract that suits your needs but generally this recommended about 4 times a year.
HOME NETWORKING
Have more than one computer in the house? In-home networking is becoming more and more popular as computers become more and more common in American homes. Wouldn't it be nice to only have one printer for the entire family to use? Home networking allows you to access each computer in your home from another. Of course you can determine what gets shared from computer to computer, thus protecting your privacy and that of other members of your family. Most cable companies today allow home networking on their systems. Imagine being online while your spouse or children are too! All without two (or more) phone lines and one internet service provider billing!
CUSTOM
COMPUTER BUILDING & REBUILDING
Save money by having a computer custom built or rebuilt from your existing system. Perhaps you only need a newer motherboard or larger hard drive, maybe your video card is out dated. We can give you an honest estimate of what it would cost to build or rebuild a custom computer designed specifically with your needs in mind!
